Welcome to the Iowa Student Personnel Association (ISPA). We are an independent, state-centered organization committed to serving Iowa institutions of higher education and their student affairs educators. We situate our work within a social justice framework, striving to create inclusive environments with each other and on our campuses. ISPA members enjoy high quality, affordable professional development opportunities through involvement in the organization and connections made across the state. We hope you will consider getting involved in ISPA through committee or leadership work, attending our annual conference in the fall, or participating in one of our senior student affairs officer meetings. You can also get involved by writing for our newsletter, sharing job opportunities, showcasing exciting things on your campus to our membership, or promoting our field and scholarship through our Facebook page.
