The Iowa Student Personnel Association (ISPA) website collects the information you provide when you create a member account to use on our forum or make a purchase. We use this information to process your orders and to operate our forum. Member account information can be viewed by other members once they log-in by browsing all member profiles and anyone can create a member account.

Payment information we collect when you make a purchase is used strictly to process your purchase and is not sold or used for any other purpose by ISPA. We do provide your information to third party vendors (ie credit card and payment processing vendors) in order to fulfill your order. Those vendors have their own privacy policies.

ISPA reserves the right to email registered forum members regarding ISPA business that pertains to the forum.

Members may delete their member account at anytime.
