The Iowa Student Personnel Association (ISPA) has served higher education professionals in Iowa since 1978. ISPA offers members the opportunity to foster meaningful connections with professionals in the higher education field, explore ways to improve student success, and share ideas around advancing higher education through professional development opportunities. Membership is open to undergraduate students, graduate students and professionals working or interested in the field of higher education.
